We use a third-party provider to give you the ability to virtually try on our products using a photo of yourself.	This allows you to make more informed and effective decisions about the products you want to buy and allows us to provide you with a high-quality service tailored to your needs. Pocket Watch Club does not retain AI-generated data. It is only stored on your device.	We will do this only with your explicit consent. You do accept the disclaimer before using the virtual try-on tool.

Some features of this tool use AI to improve the user experience. If you do not agree with the terms defined below, please do not use the AI features offered by Pocket Watch Club. By using them, users acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these terms.

The virtual try-on tool produces an AI-generated visualization using photos provided by the user, then overlays products on this visual to illustrate how an item will look. In order to create the visual, AI may make some minor edits to the user’s image, such as lighting, posture or hair.

The tool is intended only to provide a general visual indication. It is not a virtual fitting room and the tool does not accurately represent the user’s actual body shape. The final image is an AI-generated simulation and should not form the basis of purchase decisions.

Users must confirm that they own the rights to the photos they upload, that they have permission to use them and that they are at least 16 years old, and that the images do not violate any law or third-party rights.

By uploading an image, the user grants the provider a free non-exclusive license to use, reproduce and modify the image as necessary to create the visual. The AI-generated photo can only be used for private purposes to evaluate the product.

The virtual try-on tool is optional, free to use and was designed to help you discover products. It cannot replace human judgment.

Any use of artificial intelligence tools for illegal, malicious, abusive or inappropriate purposes, or infringing on third-party rights, is strictly prohibited.

Pocket Watch Club may update this AI policy at any time and changes may take effect once published.

Pocket Watch Club will only share your data with the virtual try-on tool to generate your image.

Pocket Watch Club does not store or retain your images from the virtual try-on tool. Any images you upload or that are generated will be stored on your device in the Pocket Watch Club app. These images will remain on your device for 28 days or until the Pocket Watch Club app is opened again. They will then be deleted. Images are stored by the virtual try-on tool for only 30 minutes. They are then deleted.

• Right of access: open the Pocket Watch Club app on your device and go to the “Pocket Watch Club Try-On” feature where you can view previously generated images.
• Right to request deletion of your data: delete the Pocket Watch Club app where the image is deleted.
